I've been interested in politics and concerned about social and environmental issues since I was 21. My fascination with science and the "strange and unexplained side of the world" began when I was about 12 years old and got a 2" telescope from my father. BTW, I have two felines, Bandit and Felix, that are wonderful companions!

In the summer of 2001 I heard about Indigos the first time when I was visiting a relative. I then googled Indigo children and was surprised about the amount of info I got. Next thing I did was to get Jan Tober and Lee Carroll's wonderful books "The Indigo Children" and "An Indigo Celebration". Well, this turned out to be quite a home coming. I suddenly understood myself a lot better. Many things like certain behaviors or experiences suddenly weren't so weird anymore and I stopped feeling rather out of place and isolated. I really wish, though, that the Indigo community was a bit more into action besides all that soul searching... :)

Seit ich 21 war, bin ich an Umweltschutz, Politik und sozialen Fragen interessiert. Und meine Faszination mit der Wissenschaft und dem Unerklärlichen fing mit meinem 12. Lebensjahr an, als mir mein Vater ein kleines 2" Teleskop schenkte. Ich habe übrigens 2 Katzen, Bandit und Felix, die ganz tolle Kumpels sind!

Im Sommer 2001 hörte ich von einer Verwandten das erste mal von Indigos. Ich hab den Begriff dann "gegoogelt" und war doch ziemlich überrascht, wieviel Information über Indigos zu finden war. Dann habe ich mir Jan Tober and Lee Carroll's grossartige Bücher "Die Indigo-Kinder" and "Indigo-Kinder erzählen" gekauft. Beim Lesen habe ich dann plötzlich einiges über mich sehr viel besser verstanden. Viele Dinge waren auf einmal gar nicht mehr so seltsam und ich hörte auf, mich wie ein Aussenseiter zu fühlen.
